Our famous Pasta Bar: Imagine a gourmet omelet station but think PASTA! For over 40 years Lascari’s has been bringing our kitchen to your home, event site or place of business. Imagine feeding an entire group of people and everyone being satisfied with the meal, why? because not only was it served fresh and hot, they created it. Our pasta bar is not only a delicious meal but it is also a great form of entertainment. Your guests get to watch our chefs prepare their meal right in front of their eyes. Lascari’s offers 8 of the freshest ingredients including garlic, chicken, shrimp, broccoli, mushroom, tomato, onion and your choice of sliced Italian sausage or mini meat balls. Each plate is cooked to order and created by your guests. The ingredients are sautéed as they move down the cook line and at the end your guest gets to choose from our decadent sauces, Alfredo cream, marinara or pesto to go over their penne pasta. Just wait, there’s more… at the end of the buffet line a beautiful green salad with choice of dressing awaits your guest and to finish it off a freshly baked dinner roll. We provide plenty of servers and we are able to feed your guests in no time at all. Buffet Style: If you have your heart set on one of our delicious items served in the restaurant then buffet style is the option for you! At this type of event we put together large trays of pasta, chicken or seafood, buffet style and serve it to your guests. As the host, you will choose one or more main entrees to serve to your guest. We will provide the chafing dishes and servers to give you the overall experience and allow you to enjoy the event. The main entrée is typically accompanied with a fresh green salad and bread.
